The Kiosks
Operate your own business in our self-contained Kiosks spanning across the Gold Coast. The Kiosks range in size from 7m2 to 19m2 and are designed for efficient customer interaction when commuters are boarding and disembarking the tram. Customer flow and returning customers is a key feature we believe sets our Kiosks apart. With low set up costs, low maintenance and labour costs and high foot traffic, Sunshine Kiosks is providing an avenue for significant revenue for the right individual.
The Possibilities
Our Kiosks are positioned for optimum exposure, convenience and community in mind. Retailers and businesses alike can utilise these designated kiosks to provide additional marketing resources for their own businesses, events and promotions or add a new or secondary point of contact for selling a service or product.
The Advertising Opportunity
In conjunction with retail space, the Kiosks are also used for further marketing for brands, corporations and promotions. With the growing number of daily commuters and local foot traffic around the vicinity of the tram stations, the Kiosks can also be leased for advertising space. To bring further awareness to your marketing campaign, business, events or promotions, the Kiosks offer prime visibility without the exorbitant overheads of billboards and other signage outlets.

Alongside the local Gold Coast community, the tourism industry flourishes and shows no sign of losing momentum. With thousands flocking to our shores, soaking up our sun and basking in our fabulous atmosphere, the Gold Coast is continuing to develop and redefines the term “holiday destination”. Sunshine Kiosks is strategically positioned to benefit from the influx of both local and travelling commuters.

The expansion is set to take the tramlines to the southern parts of the Gold Coast where we can expect the same growth for all stations connecting commuters to Burleigh Heads.
The Expansion
With the success of the G:link since it came to fruition in 2014, further expansion of the city’s most prominent form of public transportation is no surprise. The Queensland Government, in partnership with the City of Gold Coast, finalised and submitted the Stage 3A Detailed Business Case to the independent infrastructure advisor, Building Queensland.
A Queensland Government funding decision for the delivery of Stage 3A is dependent on a supportive business case evaluation and appropriate funding offers from the Australian Government and City of Gold Coast.
Should funding be made available, the project would then appoint a design and construction partner. It will take around 3 years to build Stage 3A, with the possibility of trams operating to Burleigh Heads in 2023.
The potential business growth and exposure for Kiosk operators is set to continue as the G:Link obtains funding for expansion across the Gold Coast.
